Because I Am A Girl is a FREE leadership mentoring program for young ladies in grades 4th-12th.

The mentorship program's purpose is to empower young girls on their way to becoming young women by ensuring they are set up for success in personal growth, leadership development, educational development, and social development.Mentorship Benefits:

Parents Just Don't Understand

We gave our mentees a safe place where they could share what they thought their parents did not understand. They receive insight from our guest speaker Tanisha Smith, LPC on tough issues they are dealing with or know peers dealing with the same issues.

2024 BIAAG Conference
